Yes, Geolah (the Company) has the right to recover payments made under this policy in certain cases:
- Non-disclosure or Misstatement of Facts: If the Insured fails to provide important information they should have disclosed, or if they make false statements, Geolah can recover the amount paid for any injury related to these issues.
- Fraudulent Claims: If the Insured causes a fraudulent claim to be made, the Company can recover the amount it paid for that fraudulent claim.
- Policy Breach: If the Insured does not meet certain obligations outlined in the policy (such as those in clause 10), Geolah can recover the amount paid for that breach.
