Yes, Geolah (the Company) has the right to recover payments made under this policy in certain cases:

  1. Non-disclosure or Misstatement of Facts: If the Insured fails to provide important information they should have disclosed, or if they make false statements, Geolah can recover the amount paid for any injury related to these issues.
  2. Fraudulent Claims: If the Insured causes a fraudulent claim to be made, the Company can recover the amount it paid for that fraudulent claim.
  3. Policy Breach: If the Insured does not meet certain obligations outlined in the policy (such as those in clause 10), Geolah can recover the amount paid for that breach.
