If you’ve arrived at the pickup point but can’t find your customer, don’t worry. Here’s what you have to do:
- Notify your customer: Tap “I’ve Arrived” to let them know you’re waiting.
- Contact your customer: Call or chat with them to confirm their location and expected arrival time.
- Cancel the ride (if necessary): If your customer is still a no-show after 5 minutes and you can’t reach them, you can cancel the ride without affecting your cancellation rating. Just select the reason “Customer no-show: cancellation rate not affected.”
*Make sure you’re at the right spot and have waited for more than 5 minutes before cancelling.
