• - Unlink your current Esso Smiles card in the app (under "Cards" section).  

• - Delete the card if needed, then re-register using the unique sign-up link sent by Geolah. 

• - The new digital card linked to Geolah will be issued after you complete the sign-up via the link.  

• - Make sure you're logged in with the same account as before. 

As part of the Esso Smiles Geolah Private Hire program structure, Smiles points are not awarded. Instead, the program is designed to offer more immediate value through exclusive fuel discounts and digital vouchers tailored for private hire drivers. 

Simply present your Esso Smiles Geolah Private Hire digital card via the Esso app at the cashier upon checkout.

Use the “Forget Password” option in the Esso app or contact the Esso Smiles Customer Service Hotline at 1800-300-8888 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm). 

No action is required. As long as you remain eligible under the Esso Smiles Geolah Private Hire Card program, the vouchers will be issued automatically. 

The validity of each voucher is stated on the eVoucher itself. Please refer directly to the eVouchers via the Esso app or the SMS eVoucher link sent to your registered mobile number for expiry details.
