Summary of protector terms:
Your parcels are automatically insured for up to S$100.00 per trip against accidental loss or damage during delivery or transit, subject to liability limits.
If you are delivering valuable items and wish to increase your coverage for SGD500.00 & SGD 1,000, you can opt-in for Standard & Premium Parcel Protector during the booking process. Note, up to $50 access for any claims submitted
In the event of an incident
*Report all incidents to Etiqa by submitting the claim report no later than 7 days after the delivery date. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in longer processing time or void.
Geolah will issue the master policy number in the claim form
*Failure to provide required documents accurately will result in the claim being declined. We at Geolah reserved the right to request supporting documents & police report as evidence for your Parcel Protector claim submission. Applicable for any parcel value more than $100 or non-first timer with parcel value less than $100.
Parcel Protector safeguards parcels/items against accidental loss and damage during delivery or transit arranged through the Geolah platform. The min coverage is S$100.00.

Geolah will update delivery status via mobile app UI & notifications. Upon collection & delivery, our delivery fleet partners will take & upload pictures as proof. You can also check in Job history for receipts.
The policy is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. Geo Lah Pte. Ltd. is the group policy holder of this policy. This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
