• Rust, Oxidation and Discoloration absolutely 

• Denting, Scratching, Marring and Chipping absolutely 

• Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical Derangement absolutely 

• Pre-existing damages and any defect (including latent or inherent defects) absolutely 

• Unexplained shortages / loss in weight or volume / contamination risks 

• Loss, damage and/or expenses caused by insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation of the parcel 

• Loss and/or damage caused by temperature and/or atmospheric and/or climatic conditions 

• Loss and/or damage due to moth, vermin, wear, tear and gradual deterioration 

• Any loss and/or damage occasioned by the weight of a load exceeding the lifting capacity of the hoisting forklift/crane 

• Rejection and confiscation risks 

• Loss of profits, business or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage caused by delays 

• Sender’s acts or omissions, including but not limited to defective, insufficient or improper packing, security or addressing 

• Excluding any loss and damage arising from infidelity and dishonesty or fraud of any partner, directors or employees of the Insured

• By purchasing this Parcel Protector Policy, you certify that all information provided is true and accurate.
• If any information is found to be false, incorrect, or intentionally concealed, you may be disqualified from benefits, and your policy may be void. Such actions could also lead to prosecution under applicable Singapore laws, resulting in fines or imprisonment. 

• Confiscation or destruction under the relevant customs regulations; 
• Confiscation by any government or public authority; 
• Any delay caused by events or circumstances beyond Geolah control; 

• Dishonesty or misrepresentation or false information provided by you; 

• Hostile or Warlike Action (during peace and war); 

• Illegal contraband; 

• Illegal Transportation of Trade; 

• Infidelity (e.g. false delivery information, theft, mishandling of consignment/shipment); 

• Inherent Vice; 

• Latent Defect; 

• Loss of Market; 

• Nuclear Exclusion; 

• Other Deterioration; 

• Remote or Consequential Loss; 

• Delivering the product to someone who obtains it by trick, false pretense, or other fraudulent schemes; or 

• Non-compliance with Geolah Terms of Use.
