Terms & Conditions:

1. Campaign Overview

This campaign rewards existing Geolah drivers who complete the required trips within the mission periods stated below.

2. Eligibility

Open to all existing Geolah drivers.

Weekend Mission: Complete 15 rides between 9 May, 6AM – 11 May, 12AM
Weekday Mission: Complete 24 rides between 5 May, 6AM – 9 May, 12AM
Daily Mission: Complete 4 rides Every Day.
Only completed and valid trips will be counted.

3. Reward Details

Weekend Mission: $38 cash bonus
Weekday Mission: $58 cash bonus
Daily Mission: $8.88 cash bonus

All incentives will be credited to driver within 7 business days after the trip mission ends.

4. General Terms

The incentives apply only to trips completed within the stated mission periods.
Fraudulent activities such as trip manipulation, multiple accounts, or false bookings will result in disqualification.
Trips that are cancelled, incomplete, or flagged for violations will not be counted.
This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing driver incentives or promotions.
Geolah reserves the right to modify or terminate this incentive program at any time without prior notice.

5. Fair Play & Compliance

Drivers must comply with Geolah’s standard operating policies and code of conduct.  Any attempts to exploit the incentive, including colluding with passengers to artificially complete trips, may result in disqualification and suspension from future promotions.

6. Technical Issues

In case of any technical errors affecting trip records, drivers should report the issue to Geolah within 48 hours after the campaign ends for review.
Geolah will not be liable for system errors, app crashes, or other unforeseen disruptions.
