Confirm with the customer that they acknowledge it’s a cash ride before starting the trip. If they refuse to pay, remain calm and report the incident to Geolah immediately.
Starting 15th Feb 2025, the platform fee for all bookings will increase by $0.50 to support Platform Workers/Drivers (WICA + CPF). The fee will be reflected in the receipt.
