To keep your account active, you must complete at least two trips every 6 months. Inactive accounts for over 6 months will need to verify your identity via OTP.
Starting 15th Feb 2025, the platform fee for all bookings will increase by $0.50 to support Platform Workers/Drivers (WICA + CPF). The fee will be reflected in the receipt.
