Geolah will review your case and take appropriate action. If necessary, the customer’s account may be suspended, and compensation will be considered individually.
Starting 15th Feb 2025, the platform fee for all bookings will increase by $0.50 to support Platform Workers/Drivers (WICA + CPF). The fee will be reflected in the receipt.
