For the loss of packages, partner drivers will bear the compensation as you are responsible for the delivery of the parcels. You will need to inform the customer and Geolah.
Starting 15th Feb 2025, the platform fee for all bookings will increase by $0.50 to support Platform Workers/Drivers (WICA + CPF). The fee will be reflected in the receipt.
