Geolah will not be liable for:
- Recovery from Other Parties: If the Insured could have recovered an amount from another party, but an agreement prevents it, Geolah will not cover that amount.
- War and Terrorism: Any losses, damages, or liabilities caused by:
- War, invasion, civil war, rebellion, or similar events.
- Acts of terrorism, including violence or threats, nuclear radiation, or damage to life or property for political, religious, or ideological reasons.
- Actions in Response to War or Terrorism: Any actions taken to control or prevent situations related to war or terrorism (as listed above) are not covered.
- Nuclear and Radioactive Risks:
- Any liabilities caused by nuclear weapons or radiation.
- However, if radioactive materials are used for peaceful purposes (like medical or scientific use), they are covered.
- Sanctions and Legal Restrictions: Claims related to actions that would violate trade restrictions or laws from the UN, Singapore, the EU, UK, or the USA are excluded.
- Asbestos Claims: Claims related to asbestosis or mesothelioma are not covered.
