Customers may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $120 for excessive messes to cover reasonable cleaning costs. Excessive messes include, but are not limited to, vomiting, stains, or pet waste. This fee compensates the partner driver for approximately 1.5 hours of downtime required for cleaning.
Partner drivers must submit photo evidence of the mess along with the cleaning receipt to support the claim. Customers will be notified of the cleaning fee prior to any deductions. This policy applies at all times and on all days during an active trip.
