Customers will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $120 for excessive messes to cover reasonable cleaning costs. Excessive messes include, but are not limited to, vomiting, stains, or pet waste. Please note that the final amount is determined solely based on the cleaning receipt issued by the cleaning company.
Partner drivers must submit photo evidence of the mess along with the cleaning receipt to support the claim. Customers will be notified of the cleaning fee prior to any deductions. This policy applies at all times and on all days during an active trip.
All submissions are subjected to review. Geolah reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve, deny, and decide on a fair reimbursement amount.
