Try the following steps.
For iOS: Close the Geolah App completely. Restart your phone.
Uninstall/Re-install the Geolah App from the Store.
For Android: Open your phone’s “Settings” – “Geolah App” – “Storage” – “Clear Cache”
Uninstall/Re-install the Geolah app from the Store.
