Geolah Delivery is an on-demand delivery service that caters to both personal and business needs. The goal is to minimize your carbon footprint while keeping delivery costs affordable. Users can book deliveries through the Geolah app, and have their parcels picked up and delivered to designated recipients. Geolah Delivery offers a variety of delivery options, including walkers, bicycles, motorbikes, cars, MPVs, and vans.

Send and receive a parcel 

1.Launch the Geolah App and tap on the Delivery icon.

2.Provide Details: Enter the sender’s and recipient’s information.

3.Select Fleet: Choose the most suitable option based on your delivery needs and budget.

4.Enter any promotional code you may have.

5.Confirm: Finalize your booking.

Multiple Stops and Proof of Delivery

Send up to eight destinations in one order. Drivers capture images at pickup and drop-off, giving you status updates. Fees are based on distance, time, and additional costs like surge pricing.

What if the Recipient is Unavailable?

If the recipient is unavailable upon delivery, our driver will wait for 10 minutes and attempt to contact them twice. If unsuccessful, we’ll notify the sender about the situation

If the recipient remains unreachable after 10 minutes, there are two options:

• ⁠Drop-Off at the Location: The driver may leave the parcels at the drop-off point. Please note that by choosing this option, you assume responsibility for any potential loss or damage to the parcels.
• Return to Sender: The sender and driver may agree to return the parcels to the sender at the sender’s expense. Geolah recommends an additional fee equivalent to the initial delivery cost to compensate the driver for the return trip.

Handling Lost or Damaged Packages 

Parcels & packages can get lost or damaged during transit, causing problems for individual senders and drivers. Click here to file an insurance claim

Insurance Claims

You may be eligible to file an insurance claim within 7 days of incident, accompanied by relevant evidence (e.g., photos, receipts). Please note that claims are limited to one per delivery trip.

Senders can receive status updates via mobile and in-app notifications.

Our driver partners will take & upload parcel photos during pick-up/drop-off This provides visual confirmation of parcels condition and location to assist in any dispute cases
