Email the completed form to nonmotor@etiqa.com.sg with supporting documents like a medical certificate, hospital discharge summary, \and any statements from the police or other authorities.
Stay calm, you will be contacted if more information is required.
*Report all incidents to Etiqa by submitting the claim report no later than 7 days after the delivery date.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in longer processing time or void.

Please provide all relevant information, including the police report and details of the accident, such as any injuries.

Ride Protector is a Group Personal Accident coverage that safeguards both drivers and customers against Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement during any trip arranged through the Geo Lah mobile application.
You will receive the policy wording via email once you opt in.
To be eligible for coverage, you must activate Ride Protector on your Geolah app.
The policy is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. Geo Lah Pte. Ltd. is the group policy holder of this policy. This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact Etiqa or visit the General Insurance Association (GIA) or SDIC web-sites (www.gia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
