Your parcels are automatically insured for up to S$100.00 per trip against accidental loss or damage during delivery or transit, subject to liability limits.
If you are delivering valuable items and wish to increase your coverage for SGD500.00 & SGD 1,000, you can opt-in for Standard & Premium Parcel Protector during the booking process. Note, up to $50 access for any claims submitted.
In the event of loss or damage, claim form must be submitted to Etiqa within seven (7) days from Geolah delivery completion date, failing which the claim will not be admissible

Ride Protector is a Group Personal Accident coverage that safeguards both drivers and customers against Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement during any trip arranged through the Geo Lah mobile application.
You will receive the policy wording via email once you opt in.
To be eligible for coverage, you must activate Ride Protector on your Geolah app.
The policy is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. Geo Lah Pte. Ltd. is the group policy holder of this policy. This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
